Housekeeping Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking holiday rental housekeeping manager to join our team at Howzit Stays. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the cleanliness of our rental portfolio and working along side management.
Responsibilities include but not limited too:
Manage the day-to-day cleaning operations
Ensure properties are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standard
Manage laundering services
Stock control and provisioning
Report any damages or necessary repairs to management
Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures
Provide exceptional customer service to guests where applicable
Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not essential
Own reliable transport
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and public holidays as needed
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to problem solve and use initiative
