Pay As You Go
This management fee is set at 17% per booking + a fixed cleaning fee (this includes linen and consumables).
Management Fee: A 17% fee per booking covers guest communication, booking coordination, and property management.
Cleaning Services: A fixed cleaning fee per booking covers professional cleaning to maintain a high standard and prepare your property for the next guests.
Linen Management: A fixed laundry fee per booking insures your linen is fresh for each guest booking, this will be combined as part of the cleaning fee.
Consumables: For a set fee (included in cleaning fee) we supply and restock essential toiletries, and basic pantry items, to ensure your property is always well-equipped with quality items for guest use (list will be provided).
Listing and Profile Creation: This will incur a fee of $495 if required.

Marketing Services: As part of our management fee we use effective strategies across platforms to attract consistent guest enquiry.
Guest Support: Dedicated assistance available throughout the entire reservation for quick resolution of questions or issues should they arise.
This service charges a 17% fee per booking plus cleaning and laundry fees, which can grow costly as bookings rise. Alternatively our All Inclusive Fixed Fee package offers predictable, manageable expenses, avoiding higher costs with increased bookings, making it more cost effective long term.
