Check-in: From 2pm Check-out: 10am 

Parking: Is available in front of the property on the right hand side of the driveway

The studio is located at the back right hand side of the property.

To access the property enter through the front gate and walk down the right hand side following the fence line till you get to another gate. The lockbox is located on the gate post. Enter through the gate and up the stairs to the door.

Keys: The keys are located in the lockbox on the gate post.

Check-out: Could you please take rubbish to the bins located at the front left hand side of the property, close all windows, turn AC off, lock the studio and pop the keys back in the lockbox as you leave.

• Quiet Hours 9pm-8am.

• No Parties. 

• No Smoking on the property.

• All breakages must be reported.

• No drugs are permitted on the property
