Check-out: 10am NSW time

Parking: Available on the street in front of the cottage. Please do not park on the grass. Please do not use driveway and avoid blocking it.

Could we please ask that pets and glass stay out of the pool area.

Keys: The keys are located in the lockbox attached to the fence behind the pot plants at the front door.

On check-out if you could please lockup and leave the keys back in the lockbox.

Bin collection: Is Monday morning if this falls on your stay could we please ask that you put them out to the street on Sunday night ready for the Monday morning collection.

Pool/Garden Service: Our pool and garden service occurs ever Monday between 10am-2pm for approximately 40 minutes (if this is an issue please let us know).

House Rules:
- Property to be left as found
- Quiet Hours 10pm-7am
- Drive way not to be used, parking is available in front of the property
- No Parties
- No Smoking
- Pets to stay off furniture and out of bedrooms
- All breakages must be reported
- No drugs are permitted on the property
